Job summary

Kids Empire California LLC seeks a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of guest service. The role includes opening/closing the park, handling check-in, managing cash, and coordinating events to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for families and guests.

You will work closely with the Park Manager, train staff, audit schedules, and address guest questions while maintaining clean, safe park environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly; greet and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties and meet goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for park staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain approvals from Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Oversee check-in with liability waivers and guest information via iPad.
• Handle front desk transactions and POS, ensuring accurate billing.
• Verify billing amounts and maintain daily cash flow.
• Organize and stock snack inventory and beverages.
• Walk floors to ensure safety and compliance with park rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park facilities.
• Schedule and support family events; help events run smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
