Kids Empire in California is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, manage check-in with iPad, run the front desk, and coordinate family events while maintaining high service standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced family environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive work environment among staff.
• Open/close park and manage check-in process with iPad.
• Handle front desk transactions and POS accuracy.
• Coordinate family events and ensure efficient operations.
• Address guest or employee issues and ensure safety standards.
