Kids Empire California LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise daily park operations, greet guests, and ensure a safe, fun experience for families. You will lead staff, manage schedules, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain high guest satisfaction.

You will also oversee onboarding and training, partner with vendors, and collaborate with corporate teams to meet KPIs. This role demands strong communication, organization, and a customer‑focused mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome in the park ambience.
• Attend to guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Manage birthday party bookings and park events.
• Monitor safety and enforce park rules for guests and employees.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties as needed.
• Oversee check‑in, billing, and POS transactions.
• Ensure clean facilities and playground areas.
• Communicate effectively with corporate teams.
