Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager in California to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train and audit employees, handle guest inquiries, and manage front-desk and POS activities while ensuring safety and a fun, family-friendly environment.

Qualified candidates will lead with strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends while engaging with children and families in a dynamic amusement setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills; conflict resolution.
• Leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise staff to meet performance goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative park environment.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval.
• Open/close park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Manage check-in using iPad and collect guest info.
• Operate POS to handle cash, card payments, and give exact change.
• Manage snacks/cold drinks inventory and orders.
• Walk floor to ensure safety and compliance with rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Coordinate family events and help events run smoothly.
