Job summary

Kids Empire Oregon LLC seeks a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction. You’ll support park programs, handle check-in processes, and manage front-counter transactions while maintaining a welcoming family-friendly environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. You will interact with families and children, uphold safety standards, and assist with events and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, make them feel welcome and comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Supervise staff to ensure duties are performed and goals met.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for park staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval as needed.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Handle check-in, liability waivers, and guest data collection via iPad.
• Manage front counter cash, daily transactions, and POS accuracy.
• Organize snacks and beverages inventory; reorder as needed.
• Walk the floor to monitor safety and adherence to rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures; maintain cleanliness.
• Schedule and coordinate family events; support event operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
