Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for visitors. You will manage guest check-ins, billing at the front desk, inventory, and coordinate family events to keep operations smooth and compliant.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and safety.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise staff to meet performance and production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among park staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval as needed.
• Open and close the park using keys or codes.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Oversee check-in, liability waivers, and guest information collection via iPad.
