The role supports the Park Manager with training, auditing, and event coordination while managing guest check-ins, payments, and safety procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations to ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience.
• Supervise staff to ensure job duties are performed and goals met.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among park staff.
• Open/close park and manage access procedures and keys/code.
• Handle guest check-in, waivers, and data entry via iPad.
• Manage front cash, POS transactions, and cash flow.
• Monitor food/snack operations and inventory replenishment.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce attendance rules.
• Coordinate family events and assist events operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
