Job summary

Kids Empire Oregon LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise daily operations, greet guests, resolve issues, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for families. You will hire, supervise, and train staff, manage events and party bookings, and coordinate with vendors and corporate teams.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends; expect active involvement in guest relations and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Create weekly schedules and audit schedules, attendance, and timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments for the park and employees.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open and close the park with proper security.
• Manage check-in, waivers, and guest information on the iPad.
• Handle front cash counter and POS transactions accurately.
• Organize snacks and beverages; manage park inventory.
• Manage birthday party bookings and setups; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate vendor supplies and orders; liaise with corporate teams.
• Monitor safety and enforce park rules; maintain clean facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate family events; support event operations.
