Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC is hiring a Park Manager to supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage daily park operations in a busy family entertainment venue in California. You will greet guests, open/close the park, handle check-in procedures, and manage events.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to work weekends and holidays. You will train team members, audit schedules, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership skills and strong conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable.
• Supervise park performance and achieve production goals.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance/timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Manage discipline and terminations as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open/close park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the team.
• Handle check-in and liability waivers via iPad and collect guest data.
• Process billing transactions accurately at the front desk.
• Maintain and organize park snacks and inventory.
• Coordinate birthday party bookings and events.
• Work with vendors and corporate teams as required.
• Attend weekly development meetings and ensure stock quantities.
• Communicate with suppliers and third parties.
• Timeline setup and audit Amazon accounts nationally for KE parks.
