Job summary

Kids Empire in South Gate, CA is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a lively environment.

You will train and audit staff, manage check‑in, run the front desk, handle cash and POS, maintain snack inventory, and coordinate family events while upholding park rules.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a service environment.
• Strong guest service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage cash and basic POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Attending to guests quickly, greeting them and ensuring comfort.
• Supervises employees to ensure duties and production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Open/close park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Manage check-in process with IPAD and collect guest data.
• Operate the front cash counter and handle cash/card payments.
• Verify billing transactions on POS.
• Organize inventory and restock snacks.
• Walk floor to monitor safety and rule compliance.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events.
• Other duties as assigned.
