Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC in South Gate, California is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and act as the liaison between guests and management. You will supervise staff, implement procedures, and support resolving guest questions while maintaining a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and achieving production goals.
• Ability to train and audit staff.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS.
• Ability to manage snack inventory and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure they are comfortable.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval.
• Open and close the park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Oversee check-in process and liability waivers via iPad.
• Operate front counter and POS; handle cash accurately.
• Manage snack inventory and restock as needed.
• Walk the floor to enforce safety rules and park policies.
• Ensure restrooms and park structures are clean and sanitized.
• Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
