Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, train and audit processes, manage check-in and billing at the front desk, and coordinate events while maintaining clean facilities and stock levels.

The role requires strong guest-service skills, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced family environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles and customer service.
• Ability to supervise staff and meet production goals.
• Willingness to train and audit workflow with park staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise employees to ensure duties are performed well.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Manage schedules and obtain approvals from Park Manager.
• Open/close park using keys or codes.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Oversee check-in process and liability waivers via IPAD.
• Handle cash/credit transactions at the front counter.
• Verify billing transactions on the POS.
• Organize and stock snacks and beverages.
• Walk floor to ensure safety and compliance with rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events.
• Other duties as assigned.
