Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park operations, supervise Team Leads and staff, and drive guest satisfaction across shifts. You will manage scheduling, labor targets, safety procedures, and ensure a clean, high-energy environment that reflects our brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to high-volume, dynamic conditions, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience in high-volume, guest-facing environments.
• Experience overseeing daily park operations and leading teams on the floor.
• Strong communication skills with coaching in real time.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and daily operational goals.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to jump in and lead a shift.
• Proficiency with technology and basic software like Microsoft Office and POS.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and team success across shifts.
• Supervise Team Leads and frontline staff, coaching in real time.
• Own shift flow, labor strategy, scheduling, and safety procedures.
• Ensure guest experiences are welcoming, safe, and memorable.
