Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to drive daily park operations onsite. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when leaders are away to keep the park running smoothly.

You’ll coach staff, manage guest interactions, and help grow membership and park programs while upholding Sky Zone’s WOW service standards. This role is full-time/part-time and onsite, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation is strongly preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is busiest.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Provide on-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members.
• Step into any operational area as needed to maintain seamless guest experiences and flow.
• Drive membership and program sales while delivering service excellence.
