Job summary

Sky Zone, part of CircusTrix, seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily execution on-site. You will supervise Team Leads and frontline staff, coach in real time, and support hiring and training efforts to maintain high-energy, safe operations.

You will oversee park flow, staffing, and safety procedures, collaborating with the GM on labor strategies while ensuring guests feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and fast problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of formal management or supervisory experience leading teams.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, staffing on the floor, and adapting to shifting priorities in real time.
• Strong communication skills with constructive feedback and coaching in the moment.
• Hands-on leadership style, willing to jump in to solve issues, run a shift, and set the tone.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and balancing daily execution with bigger goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS platforms, scheduling tools, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and build a team culture of accountability, energy, and care.
• Oversee shift flow, staffing, guest movement, inventory, and cleanliness; partner on labor strategy and safety.
• Deliver guest experiences by ensuring welcome, safety, and smooth check-out; train teams to respond with urgency.
• Champion safety and brand standards with safety walkthroughs and clean, well-maintained facilities.
