Qualifications

• 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing daily operations in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach in real time.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and operational goals.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump in when needed.
• Comfort using technology and operational systems; quick to learn new tools.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leads and frontline staff on scheduled shifts.
• Coach in real time to build a culture of accountability, energy and care.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Oversee daily park execution: staffing, guest flow, inventory, cleanliness.
• Collaborate with GM on labor strategy, scheduling and safety procedures.
• Ensure guests feel welcome, safe, and supported from check-in to check-out.
• Lead guest recovery and support birthday parties and events.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and uphold brand standards.
