Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily execution, supervise team members, and optimize shift flow and guest experiences at our park. You will train and coach staff, manage scheduling, and partner with the GM on labor strategies and safety procedures.

The role emphasizes a hands-on leadership style, real-time problem solving, and a commitment to safety, quality, and energy on the floor and behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of formal management or supervisory experience leading teams in high-volume, guest-facing environments.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, coaching on the floor, and adapting to shifting priorities in real time.
• Strong communication skills; provide feedback with care and coach in the moment.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and supporting operational goals; understand day-to-day impact on the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and supervise Team Leads and frontline team members.
• Own shift flow and operational efficiency including staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Deliver guest experiences that wow by ensuring guests feel welcome, safe, and supported from check-in to check-out.
• Champion safety and brand standards with safety walkthroughs and compliance across zones.
