Job summary

Sky Zone, part of CircusTrix, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily execution and large-scale guest experiences at our New Jersey park. You will supervise team members, assist with hiring and training, and partner with the General Manager on staffing, safety, and efficiency to keep the park running smoothly.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, coach in real time, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience in a high-volume guest-facing environment.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and leading floor teams with real-time adaptation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach on the spot and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leads and frontline staff during shifts.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Oversee daily park execution including staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate on labor strategy, scheduling, and safety procedures with GM.
• Lead guest experiences from check-in to check-out and handle guest recovery when needed.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and uphold brand standards across park zones.
