Job summary

Sky Zone Lakeland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park operations, supervise Team Leads, and ensure an energetic, safe guest experience. You’ll manage staffing, training, and safety while coaching teams to deliver memorable events.

In this on-site role, collaborate with the General Manager on labor planning, scheduling, and safety procedures, and drive a high-performing culture during peak hours and busy events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing daily park operations and leading on-floor teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach in real time.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leads and frontline staff during shifts.
• Coach in real time to build a culture of accountability and energy.
• Oversee daily park execution including staffing, flow, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with GM on labor strategy, scheduling, and safety procedures.
• Ensure guests feel welcome, safe, and supported from check-in to check-out.
• Lead guest recovery and support events during high-volume periods.
• Maintain safety walkthroughs and brand standards.
