Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a part-time Team Lead to supervise and support park operations on the floor. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when Leadership is away to keep the park running smoothly.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, coaching teammates, driving guest engagement, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across all areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM aren’t present, ensuring safety and proper staff accountability.
• Lead on-floor operations and coach team members across departments to deliver guest experiences.
• Drive membership and program sales while modeling Sky Zone's WOW service standards.
• Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and maintain park cleanliness and readiness.
• Rotational leadership development across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities leads.
