Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for part-time, onsite work in the Operations department. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t present. You’ll guide a fast-paced team, drive guest satisfaction, and help maintain peak park operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and collaboration, with a focus on delivering Wow service and a safe, clean environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology including POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite/Teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when the park is most active.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area to maintain seamless guest experiences and flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure opening/closing and shift procedures are followed.
