Job summary

Sky Zone in Vernon Hills seeks a hands-on Team Lead to guide daily operations and guest interactions. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as needed to maintain safety and service excellence.

Lead by example, coach team members, and drive membership while ensuring seamless park operations, accuracy in procedures, and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and delegation to Team Members across departments.
• Step into various operational areas (Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events) to maintain smooth guest experiences.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
