Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for on-site operations in Vernon Hills, IL. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

You must be hands-on, dependable, and ready to learn, with strong guest service and leadership potential for future growth. The role includes weekend/holiday availability and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when leaders are not present, ensuring safety and smooth operation.
• Coach and delegate to team members across departments to drive service.
• Lead across programs, cafe, front desk, and events as needed to maintain guest flow.
• Ensure timely communication of guest issues to management.
