Kids Empire Illinois LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise park staff, greet guests, and uphold safety and guest satisfaction at our family entertainment venue.

You will schedule staff, audit attendance, hire qualified employees, manage events and birthday parties, operate the front desk and POS, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring a positive experience for families and children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and ensure they feel comfortable.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Manage birthday party bookings and vendor orders.
• Operate the front desk, handle POS and cash securely.
• Ensure safety and enforce park rules and guidelines.
• Coordinate events and communicate with corporate teams.
• Walk the floor to monitor hazards and guest compliance.
