Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, greet guests, ensure safety, resolve questions, and maintain an exceptional guest experience for families. Responsibilities include scheduling, attendance audits, hiring, performance evaluations, training, open/close operations, event coordination, vendor management, and safeguarding guests while delivering friendly service.

This role requires strong leadership and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Read and write in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and make them feel welcome.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Manage terminations, resignations, and attendance concerns.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Manage check-in, waivers, and guest information via iPad.
• Process front-desk billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Coordinate birthday parties and vendor orders for events.
• Monitor safety and enforce park rules and guidelines.
• Walk floor to ensure guest safety and cleanliness.
