Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, hiring, safety, and guest services while coordinating events and vendor relations. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and with children.

The position involves front-d desk duties, POS transactions, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for families in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and strong conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Park Managers perform job duties satisfactorily and achieve production goals.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions available.
• Handle, manage, and document statements, terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments for the park and employees.
• Train team members to perform key elements of their jobs.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues promptly.
• Manage check-in process and collect guest information via an iPad.
• Operate the front cash counter and POS, handle cash transactions and provide exact change.
• Verify billing transactions on the POS.
• Organize the refrigerator with drinks and snacks.
• Manage birthday party bookings and setups, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate third-party vendor supplies and requests.
• Work with corporate teams through proper channels.
• Check snack inventory and reorder from vendors.
• Walk the floor to ensure safety and adherence to park rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events and assist event operations.
