Job summary

Kids Empire in the United States is seeking a Park Manager to supervise park staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and address questions during hours of operation. You will create weekly schedules, audit attendance, hire and train employees, manage birthday parties, handle check-in and billing processes, and maintain a safe, inviting environment for families and children.

You will collaborate with vendors, enforce park rules, and communicate with corporate teams, while guiding staff toward KPI

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure comfortable park experience.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit time clocks.
• Hire qualified park staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members and supervise safety and rules.
• Manage birthday party bookings and vendor orders.
• Oversee check-in and billing processes; handle cash.
• Maintain clean park facilities and safe play areas.
• Coordinate events and cross-team communication.
