Kids Empire in West Chicago, IL seeks a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience. You will handle check-in, manage front desk transactions, and support the Park Manager with training and audits.

You'll lead a team, resolve guest concerns, and uphold high standards of service while interacting with families and children of all ages. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly and make them feel welcome.
• Supervises employees to meet production and service goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and auditing.
• Lead a positive staff environment.
• Open and close the park with proper protocols.
• Manage check-in using iPad and collect liability waivers.
• Process billing transactions accurately at the front desk.
• Monitor safety and enforce attendance rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
