Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and ensure a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Supervise staff to meet performance and production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and audits.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and key/code access.
• Handle guest questions and resolve complaints during visits.
• Oversee check-in, liability waivers, and guest data collection via iPad.
• Process billing transactions at the front counter and manage cash flow.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and adherence to park rules.
• Coordinate family events and support operations as needed.
