Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, ensure guest safety, and deliver exceptional service. You will supervise staff, implement procedures, and coordinate with the Park Manager to meet goals.

You will greet guests, manage check-in on iPad, handle front-desk transactions, supervise training, and maintain clean, safe environments for children and families during peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritizing guest satisfaction and continuously improving services.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly and greet them to create a welcoming environment.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among park staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval.
• Open and close the park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Manage check-in with liability waiver and guest data via iPad.
• Handle front desk cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain and stock park snacks and beverages; supervise inventory.
• Patrol floor for safety and ensure attendance rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events.
• Other duties as assigned.
