Kids Empire New Jersey LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience. You will train, audit, and coordinate events while resolving guest inquiries and managing front-d desk and POS duties.

You will interact with families and children, uphold safety standards, and liaise with the Park Manager to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills; conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees to ensure performance and goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive experience.
• Manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest data entry via iPad.
• Operate POS and billing transactions accurately.
• Open/close the park using keys or code.
• Maintain park cleanliness and safety, monitor hazards.
• Schedule and coordinate family events; handle guest issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
