Job summary

Kids Empire New Jersey LLC is hiring a Park Manager to supervise daily park operations, greet guests, and resolve issues while maintaining a safe, energetic environment for families and children. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and vendor coordination to ensure excellent guest experiences.

The role involves handling payments, managing inventories, events, and compliance with safety rules. Weekend availability and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Leadership skills and strong conflict resolution skills
• Work independently
• Read and write in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise park staff and ensure production goals are met.
• Create and audit weekly schedules and attendance records.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle personnel matters and resolve employee issues.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on job duties and safety standards.
• Open/close the park and manage access control.
• Process guest payments at the front counter and maintain cash accuracy.
• Coordinate birthday party bookings and vendor orders.
• Monitor inventory and replenishment of snacks and supplies.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and clean park facilities.
• Coordinate events and communicate with corporate teams.
