Kids Empire in Watchung, NJ is seeking a Park Manager to supervise park staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and resolve issues during open hours. The role requires interaction with families and children and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment.

The Park Manager will schedule staff, audit time clocks, manage bookings and vendor relations, and oversee daily operations, while upholding company policies and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance/timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees and manage terminations or resignations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties and safety guidelines.
• Open/close park operations; manage check-in and billing processes.
• Oversee birthday party bookings, vendor orders, and stock.
• Monitor guest safety, enforce rules, and maintain cleanliness.
