Kids Empire New Jersey LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise park staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and address guest questions. You will create weekly schedules, audit attendance, hire qualified employees, and manage events and vendor coordination.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a focus on safety and a fun environment for families and children. Responsibilities include managing check-in, POS operations, restocking, and coordinating birthday parties while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and write in English.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly and greet them, making them feel comfortable.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance.

• Manage birthday party bookings and vendor requests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safe park environment.
• Operate the front POS, process payments, and handle cash."
