Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Supervise employees to ensure performance and production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Audit schedules and seek Park Manager approval when needed.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Manage check-in and billing via POS and iPad to capture guest data.
• Oversee snack inventory and vendor orders to replenish stock.
• Walk the floor to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Coordinate family events and assist events for smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
