Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will supervise staff, assist in training, manage scheduling, and handle check-in and billing processes while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires interaction with families and children, leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills to keep the park running smoothly during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children and engage families.
• Operate an iPad to sign in guests and collect information.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations and guest experience.
• Supervise staff and ensure they meet performance goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Manage scheduling and obtain approvals from Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys or code.
• Address guest and employee issues promptly.
• Oversee check-in process and liability waivers on iPad.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Restock snacks and manage inventory.
• Monitor safety and enforce park rules.
• Coordinate family events and other duties as assigned.
