Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of related experience preferred (Warehouse and/or Hospitality).
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, with professional communication.
• Ability to move 75 pounds unassisted and handle packages safely.
• Proficiency with computer systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
• OSHA certification possible for equipment in center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping-related services and activities.
• Maintain log of incoming/outgoing parcels; prepare parcels for pickup; sort parcels.
• Use proprietary software and equipment to perform duties; operate mobile equipment as needed.
• Provide customer service and solutions with minimal supervision.
• Assemble parcels, wrap, weigh, label shipments, and prepare for shipping.
• Move and deliver customer orders; operate POS and handle fees.
• Train and lead team members on assigned shifts when needed.
• Perform administrative duties and inventory control; assist in training.
