Job summary

FedEx Office in Nashville is seeking a team member to coordinate inbound/outbound parcel activities, assist with customer service, and operate in-center operations with limited supervision. Qualifications

• Six months of related experience preferred (Warehouse and/or Hospitality)
• Ability to translate/record information into electronic tracking system with 100% accuracy
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to pass OSHA certification for center equipment
• Ability to move 75 pounds unassisted
• Stamina to walk up to 10 miles per shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping-related services and activities
• Maintain log of all incoming/outgoing parcels
• Prepare parcels for pickup by delivery drivers
• Provide customer service and problem solve with minimal supervision
• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment where applicable
• Follow safety and security guidelines for equipment
• Set priorities for customer requests and maintain high service levels
• Assist in training center team members
• Handle POS transactions and daily close-out procedures
• Assist in inventory control and procurement of supplies
• Take customer orders and explain digital printing services
