Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping-related services and activities
• Maintain log of all parcels and prepare for pickup by drivers
• Process, stage, and deliver inbound/outbound packages
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support
• Operate and troubleshoot tracking software and equipment
• Assist in training center team members and support shift leadership
• Perform daily POS close-out and handle packaging duties
• Move and lift heavy packages using appropriate equipment
