Responsibilities include logging shipments, packing and labeling, operating the POS, and assisting in training team members. Physical duties include lifting up to 75 pounds and moving heavy packages as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of related experience preferred (warehouse/hospitality).
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to pass OSHA certification for equipment used in the center.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all shipping related services and activities.
• Maintain log of all incoming and outgoing parcels; prepare for pickup.
• Process and deliver parcels using tracking system with minimal supervision.
• Provide customer service and resolve inquiries, suggest alternatives.
• Assemble parcels, weigh packages, and label for shipping.
• Operate POS and collect package handling fees.
• Train and supervise other team members on shift as needed.
• Perform administrative duties and inventory control.
