Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping-related services and activities.
• Maintain log of all incoming/outgoing parcels and prepare parcels for pickup.
• Operate proprietary software and equipment to perform duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem solve with minimal supervision.
• Assemble and prepare parcels for shipping, including labeling and weighing.
