Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months related experience preferred (warehouse/hospitality).
• Strong organization and planning skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping-related services and activities.
• Maintain log of incoming/outgoing parcels and prepare parcels for pickup.
• Operate proprietary software and equipment; handle daily pallet/large item tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shipping methods.
• Assist in training center team members and guide shifts as needed.
• Perform POS close-out procedures and ensure pricing information is correct.
• Keep inventory of shipping supplies and manage ordering as needed.
