Job summary

FedEx Corporation seeks a center teammate to coordinate inbound/outbound package activities, receive, process, stage, and deliver parcels using last mile tracking Systems with limited supervision. You will interface with venue customers and handle various computer systems while meeting physical demands.

Responsibilities include parcel preparation, customer service, shipping method selection, inventory of supplies, and assisting in training center team members. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Six months of related experience in Warehouse and/or Hospitality preferred.
• Proven strong organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping services and track parcels.
• Prepare parcels for pickup and process inbound/outbound items.
• Provide customer service and problem solving with minimal supervision.
• Assemble and wrap items for shipping and manage labels.
• Operate POS and perform daily close-out procedures.
