Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a team member to coordinate inbound/outbound parcel activities, receive, process, stage, and deliver packages with electronic tracking. This role interfaces with venue staff and requires proficiency with computer systems and physical work.

The position covers the general duties of a center consultant, with emphasis on packaging, shipping methods, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Minimum six months of related experience preferred (Warehouse/Hospitality).
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to move up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping related services and activities.
• Maintain log of incoming/outgoing parcels and prep for pickup.
• Utilize proprietary software and equipment to perform duties.
• Provide customer service and information on shipping methods and rates.
• Assist with training and supervision of team members as needed.
