Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in a paratransit or microtransit environment.
• Experience in scheduling and personnel management and training.
• Ability to work independently with strong written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of contractual obligations to perform the job correctly.
• Knowledge of company policy and consistent driver activity measures.
• Advanced scheduling and reservation software platform experience preferred.
• Experience managing a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
