Confidential Jobs is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a paratransit CSC, reporting to the General Manager. You will supervise drivers, develop SOPs, and execute account strategy while serving as the main client contact in meetings and calls.

You will guide staffing decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor performance to drive efficiency and growth. The role requires a proven leader with experience managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and optimizing resources

Qualifications

• Minimum five years managing paratransit call center operations
• Experience overseeing schedulers and dispatchers
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FTA, ADA, DOJ Title VI, and state DOT)
• Proficiency in Trapeze
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of drivers and oversee SOP development and implementation
• Be main client contact; attend meetings and conference calls as needed
• Develop CSC operating plans to support business objectives
• Hire, train and develop CSC staff including drivers, dispatchers, maintenance and safety staff
• Review budgets and develop short- and long-term operating plans to increase revenues and margins
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements
• Attend client meetings; gather feedback and respond accordingly
• Deliver overall performance and results for the CSC
• Identify safety issues and reinforce safety awareness
