Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in a paratransit environment.
• Experience in scheduling, personnel management and training.
• Ability to work independently with strong written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of contractual obligations.
• Knowledge of company policy and driver activity assessment.
• Trapeze experience preferred.
• Experience managing a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time performance and driver availability.
• Oversee call center functions.
• Maintain customer relations through direct contact and outreach.
• Identify, train and mentor location staff.
• Communicate with location staff and support teams.
• Oversee safety and training programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain the safety culture of the division.
• Maintain client contact to meet or exceed expectations.
• Conduct periodic departmental audits.
• Review key operational metrics daily, weekly and monthly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
