Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in a paratransit environment.
• Experience in scheduling and personnel management and training is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time performance and driver availability.
• Manage call center functions and customer relations.
• Identify, train and mentor location staff.
• Ensure compliance with company, contract and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key operational metrics and report findings regularly.
• Promote and enforce company policies and procedures.
