Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to legally drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with customer service and operations.
• Allocate staff and resources to keep sales floor stocked.
• Process customer orders via email, phone, in-person and POS.
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards at all times.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and merchandised per planogram.
• Provide product recommendations to painting professionals.
