Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support the store management team and ensure a distinctive shopping experience. You will lead shifts, assist customers, process orders, and help keep the sales floor stocked while upholding Dunn-Edwards standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive a company vehicle. You will interact with customers in person and by phone, learn our products, and develop leadership capabilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift supervisor in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Interact with customers in person and by phone to offer advice and complete transactions.
• Process orders through the point-of-sale system and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain stock levels and organize merchandise according to planogram.
• Uphold safety and regulatory standards and support store operations.
